Price list and stocklist must be requested through our side fax numbers or email address.After we receiving your order, we will send you our proforma invoice of your order including the freight rate, packing charge and other charges apply for the shipment. We will only process order after we received payment on our bank account. Order will be sent as soon as possible after the airline space has confirmed.

Health Certificate & Handling Charges : US$75.00/Shipment
Certificate of Origin ( Form - A ) : US$30.00( if required )
Freight Rate : Varied depending on Destination, Airlines and Weight
Payment : Advanced payment required for all new customers.

D.O.A. Claim :

We do not accept any D.O.A. claim if the D.O.A within 5% of total fish value.
We only accepted D.O.A. claim only if we received your D.O.A. report a maximum 24 hours after the arrival of the shipment under normal conditions (no airline delay etc) within the pictures of the D.O.A.
In normal condition, We will issue maximum 50% credit of the goods claim on the credit note. All mortality claims are issued as a credit note to be applied to tne next purchase.
